WOD:  “Vengeance”: 7 rounds for time:

4 Snatches (135/95)
6 Clean and Jerks (135/95)
9 Deadlifts (135/95)

This weekend Reebok CrossFit Back Bay has will be hosting the “Vengeance” workout. This is great opportunity in the CrossFit community to throw down together  for a good cause.  Seven rounds of some serious weightlifting will represent each of the seven men who tragically lost their lives. Each member making each lifting, donating  each dollar, will make the difference in the lives of those who will remember each of those marines. You are all cordially invited to  come get fitter and do much more.  Life has a way of introducing moments that allow us to be part of something  greater than ourselves…
